Delicious fish

11 May

seabass

Sometimes it’s the most simple suppers that have the greatest ‘wow’ factor. These Sea bass are surprisingly fuss-free to prepare¬†and tasted delicious. My talented Mum created this dish, so I took a quick snap as they looked great – ready to have a go myself next time.

A Nice Cup of Cake

16 Aug

I couldn’t wait to use these cupcake moulds which were a gift to me from some special sisters. The cakes are a chocolate mixture and the icing is vanilla flavour, sprinkled with cocoa powder. Perhaps not as refreshing as a cup of tea, but a cup of cake certainly hits the spot! K x

Cupcakes!

3 Jul

I made these Red Velvet cupcakes! Having been a bit of a sceptic about this flavour in the past (I’m not much of a fan of using food colouring) these turned out to be a nice surprise. It’s good to try something a little different every now and again, and they tasted yummy.
